An Abstract Forum?
5

Why isn't there a forum for more artistic interpretations of photography?  This could include minimalism, impressionism, expressionism, surrealism, and others as well as the pretty popular abstract type of photography.  Certain techniques such as intentional camera movement, light painting, double exposures, and more could be discussed.  Filters such as those found in Color Efex are very powerful and must be pretty popular.  Of course, it might just be me enjoying this realm by my lonesome.  I kinda doubt that, though.

Photography by its very nature is a realistic enterprise.  But, the tools that have been developed make that a choice.  It is so easy to stray from reality.  Anyone else enjoy that ride?
