At first glance I didn't see much difference but I pulled up the loupe and looked at the base of the sculpture. Image B has more blur than image A when looking through the loupe but it's hard to say if it's because of the filter or something else. Did you use a tripod?

If I had to guess, I'd say A was without the filter just because of the blur. If the shots were hand-held then it's possible that it's just a bit of camera shake causing the slight blur in B.
