I don't see how that scenario is possible under any circumstance unless sheer stupidity is involved.  I'm not talking about Chapter 11, but not having access to your files.

All of your files have to exist and reside on your local hard drive *before* they are uploaded to the Cloud.  The purpose of the Cloud is only to make it easier to share them with your other computers/devices (where they can be viewed, or downloaded and then stored on *those* drives), or shared with clients/friends, etc.

Anyone who would upload a file to the Cloud and then delete it from their local hard drive(s) or external storage drives, deserves to lose it.
