Adobe is not a monopoly there are plenty of alternatives to their products. If you could find a lawyer to take on the suit and a court that would actually let you file it more than likely you would be wiped out. Courts take dim view these days of groundless lawsuits. Adobe would file to have those backing the lawsuit to pay for all of their legal expenses. A judgement in their favor would be very expensive. This is very common these days, that is why you don't see all the frivolous lawsuits that happened in the 70's and 80's to stop projects. The groups would not only lose the suite but the defendants would request their legal costs be reimbursed. I bet Adobe's lawyers are very expensive.

Those claims seem to be geographically-driven as European internet posters have questioned the possibility of triggering the EU's anti-competitive legislation.

Most likely, in this regard, a legal case can be made due to the demand of Adobe to enroll in their exclusive Creative Cloud program yet charge incomparable fees versus equivalent United States: $49.99 USD = 38.00, yet Adobe is charging in France 61.49€ = $80.90USD.

Isn't that convenient?
