The Rokinon 35mm f/1.4 AS UMC is a manual-focus-only lens with no electrical contacts.  The LA-EA2 will take 1/3 stop of light for no good reason with that lens.  You should find yourself a dumb A-to-E-mount adapter, like this:

Even better would be to get the EF-mount version of the Rokinon and use it with an EF-to-E Speed Booster, assuming you want a 35mm perspective.

If you are going for the 1.5x crop 50mm perspective (which you seem to be given the mention of the LA-EA2) without another camera for the Rokinon to do double-duty on, then you are much better off with the native SEL35F18.
