Re: Can the battery for the EX1 also be used in the EX2F?
Interesting that you found that link. I did not succeed there. Thanks.

The poster talks about Samsung going back to the 10A, and yet, the only battery they offer is the 11A
So far I have not had a reply yet. Early days. Erm... I will keep you "in the loop"

It has been discussed before as below and on other occasions I seem to remember.

If you do get a reply it would be interesting to see, I doubt if you will but hope springs eternal.

Thanks for the reply. Interesting. I can't imagine that it would do any harm, but better safe than sorry. I have contacted Samsung for an answer. Will get back as soon as I have received a reply.
BTW the SLB-10A battery is not even listed on the Samsung site, only the SLB-11A is, which is somewhat strange.

I had a similar situation and I have been using the SLB-11A in the EX2f. As you show the voltage is slightly higher but it has not caused a melt down in the camera. I believe other people have have substituted the 11A with no adverse effects.
You do it at your own risk of course.

Specifications are as follows:
EX1 (SLB-11A) | 3.8V | 1130mAh (4.2Wh)
EX2F (SLB-10A) | 3.7V | 1030mAh (3.81Wh)
If it can be used, that would be good news as I have a few SLB-11As floating around.
Thanks in advance.
