Image quality:  NX20 to NX300 seems to be improvement in JPEG quality.  As it is, you probably want to avoid JPEG and high ISO on the NX20, but it is still good in RAW as Tjobbe pointed out.  From what I hear NEX JPEG quality isn't that great either.

I've seen jpeg mentioned a few times now.  Could you please tell me if you are referring to jpeg in the default factory setting, or in super fine?

According to this it is pretty sharp! Samsung NX20 test image click on the image to see full size.  At no point in the crosses in the corners do any lines become indistinguishable.

Just to emphasize, high ISO JPEG, like 1600 or 3200 and up.  At ISO 100 the NX20 is excellent in JPEG,even up through probably 800.  Improvement in NX300 would be at how it applies noise reduction at high ISO to JPEG files.  The NX20 is too aggressive leaving blotches, etc.
