Sure you could always want another lens for a specific situation but as the adage goes, the best camera is the one in your pocket. That is a killer lens on a killer camera and will work for 90% of everything you'll be shooting from landscapes, to architecture to street photography.

I would think it would make you a better photographer forcing you to really think about how you frame the shots you want.

Have a blast. I'm in an entirely different situation. I'm about to go to Yellowstone and trying to add bigger lenses to my bag. But I'm also climbing the Grand Teton and think I'm going to take just the kit 16-50 on that climb.

We're doing the Tetons and Yellowstone this summer.  I'm bring my NEX6 with the 18-200LE and my RX100.  I'll probably throw the 16-50 in there to but I don't think I'll need it.
