D7100 skin tones

I fully agree with nightwings.

i used a sony alpha 700 for years, and very much enjoyed the output

when i first picked up a d7000 a few months ago, i was frankly a little surprised at the output - after much shooting, i use the same color settings - either m1 or b1 m1 - with good result.

additionally, i like saturated images - so i bumped up saturation as well as contrast a bit - not quite to the level of 'landscape' or 'vivid' - but close. i also increased the sharpness to my satisfaction.

my point - every camera, every sensor is a little different, even if both are made by the same company (in the case above, sony); however, with experimentation, almost any result can be achieved.

is the 7000 or 7100 'inferior' to the 300 in this area - no - just different, requiring different parameters and different settings - but still capable of great results..
