you can as well set the 20Mpix NX cams to M with AutoISO (NX300 should be ok with 3200) and  use the ISO automatic mode (I think Pentax calls that TAv ....) so you basically have two automatic metering modes available with legacy manual lenses.

I am using this mode frequently to control a minimum shutter speed even with the native NX lens set.
