ouuuouuuouuuu ... I think your Canon fisheye has NO manual aperture.

So you have to use it with open 2.8

ooooor you use (tricky) Canon camera to select aperture, press button for depth control and remove lens.

Then you have f.e. aperture 16 and you can use this aperture with NX300.

Better: lenses with manual aperture
