Well most of the 135mm f2.8 M lenses come apart, and then you use the adp for a visoflex and then viso-leica R and then R-M adp.  But then I have all those crazy adp. already.  I don't think you can really remove the "bug-eyes"  The 135mm f2.8 is a very sharp lens, and can be picked up cheaply, but the problem has always been it's weight and size.  If you really need something in this range a Pentax, Nikon or Minolta with a M adp. might be a cheaper way to go.
