Awesome before/after images. They really sell the point of post processing.

For basic image processing I'd highly recommend Lightroom.

I use Lightroom (highly recommended indeed!) for drafts for selection. (As galleries or exports).

I try to get in right before I press the button, but typically use Photoshop (or equivalent - it is amazing what Photoshop Elements can do) to process the chosen ones.
