The shadows look too sharp to me for it to be lighted with a softbox, unless the softbox was a long distance from the subject. My guess would be it was lighted by either a beauty dish, or with no light modifier at all.

If the lighting was by a beauty dish, it too would have had to be a long distance from the subject unless it was a very small beauty dish.

I agree with the other poster that the light was high on camera left.

Edit: On closer inspection of the image, I think the shadows may have been added in post production. I don't see any shadow from her right fist. Based on the position of the other shadows, I believe her fist would have also produced a bit of a shadow also.
