Most 70-200 f2.8 lenses will outweight any external flash, btw.  These are large heavy lenses.

One of the benefits of APS-C isn't only price, but weight. Sigma's 50-150f2.8 is kinda the APS-C comparable to a full frame's 70-200 f2.8, with similar 'view' based on the different in sensor sizes and focal lengths. And it is a lot lighter than, I think any 70-200 f2.8 lenses, all of which are full frame image size (and I don't think that Sigma lens is much cheaper).
