The A77 will likely be little, if any improvement in low light.  The 18-135 or 55-300 is probably not going to improve things either, they might be all around better lenses, but they won't do any better in low light.

All the lenses you listed are DT lenses for APSc format, none will fit the A99 full frame without it cropping, and I'm not sure if you'd see any benefit using them on an A99.

Fast, large aperture lenses (low f numbers) will help. The 50mm f1.8 you listed is a good start.  And putting fast lenses on the A99 would be the best solution for low light (if money weren't a concern), but for better results you'd be buying all new lenses.

The A77 would probably be better for video. But I'd recommend getting it with the 16-50 f2.8 if you'd be using it in low light situations.
