Every DSLR with an interchangeable lens mount will get some foreign material on the sensor after use.

Not true, I've been shooting with Olympus E-1 & E-3 and have never had a speck of dust on the sensor. Many Olympus owners will tell you the same.

It's not just Olympus owners who have been happy with the built-in sensor cleaning. I've never had to clean the D300 sensor in several years of use, and no need so far with the ~8 month old d800e. Nikon's cleaning system has worked very well for me, with very frequent lens swapping.

This also serves to say that nobody should be content with a Nikon camera which gets dusty or oily as fast as some D600 do. It's not a feature, it's a bug.

Removing a dust spot in Photoshop takes less than a second.

One dust spot is a no brainer. Scores of them ?
