No it won't. The FF image will have shallower DOF.

Yes you're right. But beside DOF, the picture will have the same angle of view and same bightness (which was the main point of the discussion, I think).

No, what he asked is if they would be an 'exact match'. DOF is a significant consideration. I tend to shoot in aperture priority so that appropriate DOF is the first thing I consider.
