Try this for logic.

all lens focus perfectly on the d300 with fine tune set to zero for all the lenses, you are happy with the pictures which proves that all lenses are focussing correctly.

you change ONLY the camera for a d800 and all the lenses that focused correctly before no longer focus correctly as indicated by you stating that they all need different values.

This indicates that there is something wrong with your technique for micro focussing since if the technique is consistent then you would have a single value for all lenses on the d800, different from the d300, but certainly the same across all lenses.

if your technique for the d800 is correct then you have made  a mistake on the d300 as all the lenses could not be the same - there is definately  an error somewhere.
