Re: I need a camera that.....
HS64, I'm doing very well. I've been cutting for about 6 weeks now, and have went from 223@13-14%BF, to about 212. Only have about 4 more lbs to go for this go around. In another month or so, I hope to be averaging about 208, with a body fat % of about 10% {lowest of my entire life ! :)}
Next bulk will take me to about 232, then back down to 212, or so.... and so on....
Ya' know HS, its really an odd thing, after being anywhere from overweight, to straight up obese, for the majority of my life, I now find it almost easier than easy, to make my weight drop, and climb, at the blink of an eye. After my original 80 lbs of fat lost, I have gone through about 5 cycles of bulking up (to add muscle) and cutting down (to reduce fat) in the last 3 years.
For me (and I believe, for most) the HARD part, is gaining lean muscle. I mean, its not hard as far as "knowing what to do" it's only hard because of all the blood, sweat and tears it takes to actually do it !
I wish I could tell you about a silver bullet, that would allow you, and anyone who needs to, to lose a bunch of weight easily. But in reality, this whole health/fitness/body building thing, has just been a direct extension of my OCD. Once I get something stuck in my head, it just becomes ultra-simple...... while every other important thing in my life, gets tossed out the window {not that this is a good thing, but it is, what it is}
In other words, I don't have to make my self focus on my diet and exercise. That happens automatically. Instead, I have to try really hard to give other areas of my life a little bit of attention too.
All I can say is, experiment, and find what works for you !
Best wishes,
Fish
PS, I often have people look at my extreme diet and exercise regime, and say > "Well I can't do it like that... I have to have some moderation, and just use self control......"
Well, if this ^ works for them, great ! But the problem is, for the vast majority, self control, and moderation, doesn't seem to work either. So, they can call me crazy, but just look at the results.
