Thanks Ray

I'm leaning towards X100s - I already have OMD with 12 and 45 - I can either go out with x100s by itself or in a small bag include OMD and the two small lenses

Should be great. The 12mm is one of my favorite lenses ever and a with a 4:3 aspect ratio, a 24mm  isn't that much different than a 28mm on a 3:2 camera. You could also add the X100s 28mm conversion lens for when you feel like shooting 28mm on the X100s.

i thought of the conversion lens replacing my 12mm but i like the olympus for both fast focusing as well as manual focus large DOF

thanks for the discussion Ray
