What is largest possible print size with a GH3 1 and 12-35/f2.8 (without loss of Quality)

Print quality is a function of viewing distance. You can print a huge image if it doesn't need to hold up to close up scrutiny. If you're going to look at detail with your nose a foot from the print, then something like 11x14 would be appropriate for Micro Four Thirds. But that's just a rule of thumb since many images don't rely on fine detail to work, and not all prints invite close up viewing.
