Fred its pretty simple. I purchased Eye-Fi pro x2 card last week came with a usb adapter. I also purchased a Compact Eye-fi supported SD card reader.

1) Insert the SD card into the USB Adapter and connect to PC

2) It will check for software update just install the update and have the eye-fi software installed on your PC and create a account.

3) It will ask you options to copy the pics to your PC or iPhone or iPad. This can be changed anytime. I setup to PC.

4) Just pop in the SD card into the Compact flash adapter and insert into any DSLR and keep taking pics and it will automatically transfer to PC. I tried with E-1, E-30,  E-510 all works fine and pics are transferred almost instantly.
