The brief pain of taking photos is not important, the joy of viewing excellent photos is everlasting.

OT.. but you should know that the answer is a bit tricky to answer.  My X100s seems to fudge a bit with ISO ratings.  When I shoot using multiple external incident meters to confirm exposure, my camera underexposes by about one stop.  The X100 may be 1/3 stop underexposed, but not off by much.  I think when all is factored in, including downsizing the X100s image to match the X100, you get a slight (1/2 EV) improvement in high ISO performance.  The resolution difference is noticeable.  I think that many of the FF cameras will be better for high ISO, once you equalize true ISO.
