That's correct, the VRII is not tested at this point but the new 70-200 f/4VR is. For Canon they only tested the 300 f/2.8L IS II, not the longer ones. The D800E is only tested with a few lenses so far, but looking at the Tamron 70-200 f/2.8 Di LD the D800 scores 15 M-Pix and the D800E scores 21 M-Pix. I would expect that the entire lens collection will be tested on both D800 and D800E.
