Adam, if I should try and replace my little S90 in the future it will be with another "S" model. I really like shooting in RAW and use DPP as my primary post processing software.

Both the S100 and S110 are good choices if you shoot in RAW, as the image quality loss between the S90/S95 and S100/S110 is allegedly due to Digic 5 and not present in the RAWs.  The high ISO shots on the S100/S110 are a significant improvement over the S90/S95, though the S110 is the standout winner at high ISO as it has noticeably better color retention than the S100.  That said though, I ended up not keeping the later models and instead paid the $170 to Canon to get my S95 repaired.  I have the RX100 also and though it is a nice camera and has great IQ for a pocket cam, it falls behind the "S" series in some key areas for me, most notably AWB, AE, and IS - all of which are unreliable.  These certainly aren't deal breakers, but it does take some of the fun out of taking quick snapshots, which is my primary purpose for my take-everywhere camera.
