Are the constant aperture Panasonic lenses worth it (and are you wating for Olympus?)

Not if you use it to:

shoot in bright sunlight;

shoot macro;

shoot environmental portraits;

shoot with off camera flash;

shoot in a studio;

shoot with.......

well, you get the idea.

Oh, and the slower lenses sometimes have better IQ.
