No, this is only found in SD15 and DP1X, the two first cameras with Analog Front End (whether it is related or not). Earlier and later cameras are fine in any color mode and Standard is indeed the most naturally looking mode in the original DP2.

I just add some saturation if neutral mode is too boring especially with >100 ISO.
