Fast Primes

coming from Nikon you are used to good ergonomics.  not strong suit of m4/3.

I am new to OMD and with the grip I find it light and easy to grip - the buttons are way small, alas but you will get used to them and in combo with the LCD touchscreen and the topside dials enough for most important image functions eg +/- EV, white balance, etc.

a pleasure when less serious photography is your purpose, vacations, walk-around, family events, etc.

the fast primes are the way to go w m4/3 IMO.

Agreed.  Fast primes are the way to go.  But I don't consider it for less serious photography.

The E-M5 can be fiddly at first, then the small buttons don't bother you.  I'm still tempted to get the grip.
