Apologies for being pedantic, but there are definitely differences in exposure between the two, sometimes significant and sometimes small.

1/300 f2.8 ISO200 vs 1/125 f5.6 ISO400 -- slight difference, more to X100

1/900 f2 ISO200 vs 1/125 f2 ISO250 -- big difference, more to X100

1/1000 f2 ISO200 vs 1/1000 f2 ISO200 -- equal

1/500 f2 ISO200 vs 1/280 f2.8 ISO200 -- very small (probably insignificant) difference, more to X100s

1/500 f2.8 ISO200 vs 1/400 f2.8  ISO200 -- more to X100
