Lenses for Grand Canyon

We have a vacation coming up and I am unsure of the lenses to take with me. We will spend 4 nights at the South Rim, 3 nights at Zion Lodge and 4 nights at the Red Mountain Resort. I will take my Canon 5D3, probably a 7D as well, a small Nikon 10x25 binoculars and a Feisol tripod.

Among the lenses, I have been leaning towards a Canon 17-40mm L, Canon 100mm f/2.8 L IS Macro and Canon 300mm f/4 L IS and I know I can fit that into my little Billingham Hadley Pro. Alternately, I also have a Sigma 50mm f/1.4, Canon 70-200mm f/4 L, Canon 10-22mm and a 1.4x extender to pick from.

Time is catching up, and I have decided that I can only carry 3 lenses. I would love to hear your thoughts about which lenses would you recommend?
