While I fully agree that it's totally unnecessary, but navigating through nested folders is not that easy. It's better to go to 'Masters' folder and then copy the picture file name (Aperture Info inspector) and paste it in Finder search box (or type it). Much easier. I occasionally had some versions (edited by external software) lost in action and had to go through this but why would anyone do this when you can simply right click and export the original.
