I agree. If the delay seems to arise after the Win 7 logo animation and before the login screen...

it may be due to a USB mass storage device (and quite possibly a WD MyBook).

Try disconnecting any such devices and rebooting.

Well, that didn't help much but made a bit faster, but never made it faster boot as others, still Windows logo delay, with USB devices about 2-3 seconds more, i can post some videos from YouTube to show how fast the boot time i look for and how it is different than mine.

I feel sad that i bought SSD at that high price and my hybrid drive doing job just fine, i know i may open applications faster, but i don't want to have SSD with not much improvements, i prefer to use my Macbook Pro now over my PC laptop, but i will keep my eyes on which laptop i should buy that may benefit from my SSD better than my current this laptop.
