But only because every lens will perform better on APS-C in terms of resolution; it has a larger sensor!

It's true also that there are sharper primes, for two or three times as much money, available on m4/3.  But the Sigma's will be sharper than any zoom available in their range, save the 12-35.  And at f4.0, those lens rentals tests had them about as sharp as the Olympus 45mm f/1.8.

Maybe they don't make much sense once you already have the 20 f1.7 and 25 1.4 (which are sharper and brighter).  But it's still a nice pair of lenses for anyone who is saving up for those, and wants something nice to shoot with in the meantime.
