Thinking of swapping from MFT to full DSLR - Advice?

Perhaps the o/p might consider the Pentax K-5 IIs as a compromise. Stick a pancake lens on the front and it's a compact street shooter. Stick a 18-135 and it's compact weather-resistant go anywhere package. The pancakes are dinky (21, 40 and 70). Low light AF sensitivity and accuracy are top of class. Drawbacks? Yes, the flash system is not the best, and AF tracking is mediocre for a PD system. K-30 is similarly good, but less featured and cheaper.

That could work for him, there are lots of compelling options in the APS-C area at the moment, if anything there's almost too much choice.
