Yes, if there is gross motion in the frames, such as automobiles or people. For slight motion, such as leaves moving, Enfuse works well to blur the motion enough to look good.

When it comes to Photoshop, in what way do you find it preferable when you don't have any motion to deal with?

Ummmm… complicated.

Lots of layers, lots of masks, lots of blurring.
