They are slow.  And don't get the job done right the first, second and third time.

Each time the camera is sent in it takes about 3-4 weeks to come back.  When the job isn't done right this waiting time can stretch into months.  I looked at my records and the length of repair for:

camera 1:

1st repair:  22 days (crack by screen)

2nd repair:  24 days(circuitry replaced due to green balance problem from first fix, af problem developed)

3rd repair 29 days(af problem fixed)

camera 2:

1st repair: 23 days

2nd repair:  20 days(af problem)

3rd repair:  24 days and counting(af problems).

I have plenty of backups but this is getting ridiculous.
