I believe I must add something to what we all have been saying.

Due to the very recent service on the camera, still under warranty, you still have a chance that they solve your problem.

Warranty end is very recent, as well as service (that did not find any shutter fault). That E5 has a shutter able last at least a hundred thousand more clicks. So, why not appeal to the excellent support service that Olympus has in Europe?

Olympus is known for beeing proud of the quality of their top DSLR's, either E1 or E5. They don't like their cameras to fail. They serviced my E1, long after warranty end, and I was not charged.

You can try. Nothing to loose.
