Ptgui will work, convert to Tiff from raw and load into PTGUI, great program works well. If you want perfect stitching you will need to rotate the camera around the entrance pupil or sometimes called the nodal point. The Fuji is great for stitching.

PTGui is a great program, one of the best, but not sure if it can work properly with X-tans Raw files, so you may need to load it with jpeg or Tiff files. Photoshop has an okay panorama feature and the current release candidate does handle X-trans Raw files very well. I say that photoshop does 'okay' panorama since it handles stitching well but not so well if things are less tha ideal.

Thanks Al Valentino to your appreciated info!
