D800 and E-M5, can you tell the difference?

Given a 12 bit RAW file (the lowest, given by the E-M5) the downsizing effectively gives us 15 bits of interpolated values to work with. From that very rich signal we eventually go down to an 8 bit jpg. No wonder the final result no longer shows off the much more expensive camera.

Paul, this was not supposed to be a scientifical pixel peeping contest. I also did not want to prove that one cam is better or almost as good as the other regarding IQ. What i wanted to show is that both images have a different flavor that is not related to DOF, ISO and resolution.
