Re: 14 mm for California Coast Trip?

I just got the 14mm on fiday. I have the Nikon 14-24. It matches this lens and gives slightly better colour and contrast. Its amazing.

I would recommend it in a heartbeat.

But I have to say you do have the option with either your 18-55 or 35mm (I have these also) of using sweep panorama function (35mm would be best as its so sharp) and taking panos of widefield views. My only reservation on that technique is the low res output of the final file. But its a great way to take panos and so fast.

You can also do 3 sweeps one above the other a bit and stitch those together to get a super panorama.

So you choices there if you don't want to get the 14.

But that 14mm is a dream lens for widefield and another home run for Fuji. Very impressive Fuji!

The Fuji lenses alone are a great reason to buy into the X mount system.
