Whacky Nikon image, add an arty write up explaining the emotional turmoil expressed in the image and enter it for the Turner Prize. There are galleries in London selling all kinds of art/stuff at prices that would make your eyes water.

Now you say that it was actually an artistic statement by myself, an outpouring of emotion inspiring me to great heights of creativity.

One of my favourite memories is when in the Tate Gallery when I was looking with a perplexed expression at some weird wire creation and one of the attendants came up and whispered 'it does make you laugh doesn't it'. It was a wonderful glimmer of common sense in the midst of all the pretentiousness nonsense.

Great story.

What bothers me is that the common sense attendant is probably barely on a living wage but I expect the artist and gallery are raking it in. I sell famed landscape prints at art fairs for about £40 for a 20x16. Then I go to my local galley where someone has taken a 12x10 out of focus shot of some chewing gum on the pavement and is asking £400. If I wasn’t poor I’d find it amusing.
