I like the 10-18.  Used judiciously, it can be used for some very interesting landscape shots.  But, depending upon the situation, there might be a better choice of focal length.  You may also come to prefer some focal lengths over others.

Other lenses to consider are the 24mm Zeiss and the 35mm E-mount from Sony.  The 35 isn't considered wide angle, but I've been happy with it for more than a few landscape shots.

Here's one using the 35; had I used the 10-18 in this shot, features in the distance would appear very small and difficult to see.
