Re: The eternal backpack issue!

Do you want this backpack only to travel with or do you also plan to shoot out of it?

I have a ThinkTank ShapeShifter bag which I find excellent for travel. It has a laptop section at the back and inside the main area there is a number of neoprene pouches to hold all of your gear. It's great for travelling, on and off airplanes, etc. It's not as good as a bag to shoot out of, especially with big DSLRs but with a m4/3 system it might be a little better. That said I have used it has my shooting backpack with a D7000 and a few lenses as well as a tripod.

For my OM-D and various lenses and accessories I just got a Lowepro Flipside sport. It won't fit a laptop and I don't plan to necessarily use it as a travel bag but as my daytrip shooting bag since it will hold everything and it also has a tripod carrier on the outside.
