Sony Mavica FD-75 review
Have owned this camera for about a year. The floppy disk is great for sending pics when you are away from your computer since no special program is required to view the pics.
Judging it by its mega pixel rating alone would be to highly misjudge this camera.
For 5 x 7 or smaller prints this camera, with a good printer will give you great outdoor prints. However my indoor photos have not been as good. A lot of noise is picked up on photos taken inside, mostly in lower level lighting. This can be often fixed with any editing software. Facial features have also been blurred from a distance, again mostly indoors.
I would recommend this camera for those starting out and explore digital photography if you wanrr a good easy to use family use camera this is all you need.
If you want professional prints keep looking.
Found problems with noise in low level lighting. Flash at high level and other exposure settings couldn't really help this at all.
Due to 3.5" Floppy it's kind of big and heavy if your used to a regular 35 mm.
