Sigma SD9 review

I'm a novice photo family type guy and the SD9 camera was very frustrating for me at first. I had a Sony Cybershot and it was easy to use. Just point and click and sometimes the picture came out clear and sometimes not. I use a Canon S9000 printer with Photo Paper Pro and the pictures are great. I then purchased the Sigma SD9 and at first I was very frustrated when I downloaded them to my computer to print. The pictures were not very clear (slight blur). Then I learned how to use the Photo Pro software that came with the SD9 and WOW what a difference. The pictures that I'm getting is the best that I have seen anywhere!! Better than regular film from a top of the line Nikon. Once you have played and mastered the Phot Pro software you will be very happy with the results. Sometimes the colors are off but you can fix them. For the price, it is the best Digital Camera that I have seen. I hope this helps.

Problems:

Needs a good amount of light to take good pictures. Darkened areas wil not come out good. Shutter speed will be very slow.

Sigma SD9
3 megapixels • 1.8 screen • APS-C sensor
