Olympus D-380 (C-120) review
I bought this in April 2003, and I've enjoyed it thoroughly. I'm most impressed by the battery life. If I use the LCD sparingly, the batteries seem to last forever. Yes, it takes 4 AAs, but at the rate they're used, it's no problem. Picture quality is very good, and I can usually sharpen them up with photo editing software to look excellent.
I'm also very impressed with the camera's performance in low light. I find that I almost never use the flash. With the flash, the colors do appear somewhat distorted.
The best part was, when I wanted to buy it, the store had only the display model on hand. Not wanting me to walk out without making a purchase, the manager sold me the display model for $90, and he threw in a 32MB memory card to boot. I loved it!
I've taken zillions of photos with it, and I hope to take zillions more.
