Fujifilm FinePix S3000 Z review

This camera is GARBAGE, but good for a first time user. However if you ever had a taste of a better camera... this is garbage. Why you may ask? One simple reason. The auto focus on this camera is a piece of garbage.

There's no IR illuminator to help the camera focus in dark situations and you just can't get a good photo like that without some IR built in. In otherwords, you can't use this camera in anything but bright light. Sure, your picture might come out if you manually adjust your settings or use the spot finder to focus on something in bring light that is equal to your subject, but who cares. Life should not be so stressful when using this camera.

I bought this cam because most of the reviews on here said it was good. However, this is not worth it. If you want a fuji, buy one with IR built in. Avoid this camera like the Red Death.

Problems:

Auto focus will not work in dark conditions. The cameras good photos are even blured when you zoom in to view them.

xD memory takes way too long to write photo to disc and is too expensive.

Not for those of you who want a compact camera although it is smaller than it appears in most photos.
