Pentax Optio S55 review

After doing a lot of research I bought this camera. I must say that this is an excellent liitle digicam. It's not as small as some of the ultracompact models around but it easily fits in my jean's pockets and is easy to carry around.
The image quality is very good in my unprofessional opinion. Indoor pictures with flash are also very good compared to some of the other compact cameras that I've used before. Although I find some of the indoor pictures taken with flash to be a litle grainy, I guess due to to higher ISO settings.
The camera appears to be well built. The battery life is superb. As a test I took 250 shots continuously, all with flash before the batteries ran out. I used new and fully charged Kodak 2500mah batteries.
Camera starts quickly, though not as quick as my Konika-Minolta G400. Shot to shot time is pretty decent when not using flash, but it's pretty slow when using flash.

Flash recycle time is too slow. sometimes as long as 8 seconds.
Camera is basically non functional while flash is recycling.
Usb cable is not easy to fit to camera, it fits very tight.
