Konica Minolta Maxxum 5D (Dynax 5D) review

Great camera.

(1) IMAGE : image is sharp and noise well managed
BUT noise is colored which is a little more visible than B&W noise

(2) BODY : body's excellent, and gives a real feeling of security. We'll see with time.

(3) USAGE : 2 barillets instead of 1 on some of its direct concurrents (EOS 3X0) : it is one exemple of the excellent availability and conception of all useful controls (one finger and the thumb are enough to control mode M with precision). Buttons are pleasant (even 4 ways central button, for me)
BUT i would have loved some more relief for the eyepiece (big-nosed guy)

(4) ANTI-SHAKE : my tests give 3 stops gain: 50mm, 1/6s is perfectly possible with some concentration. Of course, final image is not *extremely* sharp, but printable in format 20x30. WONDERFUL !!!

(5) OVERALL : maybe the best quality/price ratio possible

Problems:

Nothing that could be considered as 'a problem'
